1 General Terms & Applicability

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time. A self-exclusion option is available for temporary breaks (7 days to 6 months). For permanent closure, please contact our support team.

Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing your account. Once permanently closed, the same individual may not re-register while a self-exclusion period is still active.

399 Games also reserves the right to suspend or close an account due to a breach of terms. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 399 Games. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held:
